The egida de la Concepcion, had its beginnings when Monsignor Casiano, proposed to L.R.F Project Funding & Management Corporation and its President La Lcda. Leticia R. FernAndez the realization of it.
 In 1986 they acquired the properties of land belonging to the Palmer Sotomayor family to make such a dreamed project a reality.
