Five income brackets: Lowest is $27,050, highest is $297,350
Personal Exemptions: $ 3,000 for singles and $6,000 for marrieds.
An additional $300 peronal exemption is allowed for joint returns
or unmarried head of household.

Federal Income Tax Deduction: 0.
Public Pension Exclusion: $5,000 less Social Security benefits
for federal and ND public safety pensions.
