Mission Statement:
The Noncredit Adult and Continuing Education Services (NACES) Center provides student-centered services and learning opportunities that enable noncredit students to achieve their personal, academic, vocational, and civic goals in order to transition to credit programs and become more active members of their communities.
NACES Program assists students in:
Transitioning from non-credit to credit classes
Preparing for college-level English and Math courses
Becoming a United States citizen
Bridging to become a more active member of work
and community
Preparing to pass the High School Equivalency Test
Student registration and enrollment assistance. Registration assistance is available at all our off-site locations the days of class.
Noncredit new student orientation and assessment
Financial Aid assistance (BOG, FAFSA, Dream Act and Nonresident Fee Waiver applications)
Noncredit counseling and advising
Student referrals to on-campus and community agencies
CASAS testing
Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)

ESL Noncredit students will identify campus resources.

All high school equivalency preparation students will demonstrate knowledge about the exam content.
3
New noncredit students will demonstrate knowledge of the PeopleSoft system.
