Former administrator and current (2025) custodian often enters apartments without permission while the tenant is out. Items have been taken, police reports filed regarding both people. EHM was unresponsive to many complaints from tenants, and ELECTED OFFICIALS (they would not respond to multiple telephone calls and letters from both). Tenants also filed complaints with HUD; many are fearful of retaliation. Atmosphere is often toxic due to some tenants aligned with the former administrator that still visits with a relative and walks through the building.
