Workout modifications should always be considered when you are choosing your next exercise routine. Keeping your body safe and healthy is the number one priority in fitness. Becoming injured or sore because you are doing movements that cause pain or put your body at risk is not the outcome we want when exercising.
Being able to take a workout and modify the movements so that you can do them safely and securely is key to keeping you up and moving and onto the next exercise.
