Time is something we all wish we had more of and sometimes not feeling you you have enough time in the day can make us feel like we have to skip certain things. A lot of the time we tend to skip out on our daily exercise which is understandable from time to time but it can easily turn into a problem if it happens frequrently.
Is it still possible to stay on track with regular exercise when it feels like we are losing time during the day?
Luckily there are ways to help you stay motivated to exercise even on days when you feel there is no time.

In This Episode You Will Learn:
1). Some of Meredith’s personal experiences working with clients of all ages and their perceptions of how busy they are especially during holiday periods and how that affected their workout schedules.
2). How are schedules and daily tasks are dependent on where we put our focus and what we believe to be the highest priorities.
3). How the lengths of our workouts can be changed to fit your day so you don’t feel overwhelmed with having to carve out long periods of time to get a workout in.
4). Why working out with a friend or buddy can help with holding you accountable to making sure you set aside time to exercise regularly no matter how busy you are.
5). Why planning out your workouts ahead of time is also a great way to help you stay on track as there is less time thinking about what you need to do and more time getting exercise in.
