Stress is something we all encounter normally during the days, weeks and months of the year. To live a life that has no stress isn’t much of a life. But what happens when we let stress consume us? What happens when we start to have mental, emotional, and physical problems because of it? What can we do to help “dial down” our stress levels?

Fortunately, one thing we have control over is our level of physical activity, which has actually been proven to help curb levels of stress, especially if practiced regularly. Regular exercise can help curb stress to keep levels manageable and dealt with in a safe and proper manner. This has been shown many times over in scientific studies!
