New Knee Strengthening Workout for Seniors

All you need is a chair and an optional circle band. This is a seated workout, so even seniors with low mobility can participate.

In just fifteen minutes, Meredith guides viewers through a series of range of motion exercises. Starting with a light seated march and ending with cooldown stretches, this exercise is both beginner-friendly and comprehensive.
