We often get asked many questions via email and through comments which we are very humbled by. (Thank You!) This week we wanted to dedicate one episode to answering one of the most common questions we receive: “When is the best time to workout?”
This is a big question to answer because everyone is different and has their own schedules throughout the day. Picking the right time to exercise during your week can really help you stay motivated if it’s the right time for you.

In This Episode You Will Learn:
1). Why we felt it was important to dedicate an episode to discussing the best workout times and some examples of the questions we receive on this issue.
2). Meredith’s thoughts on how there can be a correlation between the types of workouts you are doing and when you can do them.
3). How basing your workouts around your meals can be a big determining factor in deciding when is the best time for you to exercise.
4). Why it’s important to make sure your body and mind are both ready for exercise no matter when you decide to workout.
5). Some of Meredith’s advice on changing your schedule if you find that you have to move your workouts from morning to afternoon or vice versa.
