Experiencing a personal loss happens to most of us during the course of our lives and can take a toll on many aspects of our lives. We can experience depression, loneliness, helplessness and also loss of motivation.
Finding ways to get through hard times is not easy but it also isn’t impossible. Personal loss may leave us as never feeling the same, but that doesn’t mean we will never find out way back to happiness.

In This Episode You Will Learn:
1). Some of the many different types of “loss” that we con encounter and how these life events can change us and alter the way we feel about ourselves emotionally and mentally.
2). Knowing that after you experience a loss in life that it is ok to take a break or slow down. It is also Ok to keep going on when you are ready as well. Sometimes we have a hard time deciphering what is the right action to take can be confusing to us emotionally and mentally.
3). Understanding that you need to do what’s right for you and that going through and emotional time can make us forget how important our well being is.
4). How “overdoing” things like over working and trying to stay busy all the time can also be unhealthy as this is more of an avoidance after time and omits us from confronting our emotional loss to grieve and hopefully move on in a healthy way.
5). Why knowing that honoring a loss by continuing to live your life in the best way possible (mentally, physically and emotionally) is the best way to eventually becoming whole again and a way to look at a loss in a more positive light.
